How It Works:

✔ Choose a wine from our monthly selection.
✔ Decide how many bottles you’d like (minimum 6) - Contact us and tell us your decision.
✔ Join us on bottling day to fill, label, and shrink your bottles—meet fellow wine lovers and share your passion!

Additional Details:

🍇 Optional: Be part of the fermentation process by helping to start the wine. If you're interested, let us know! Otherwise, we'll invite a member based on availability.
⏳ Patience is key: Wine takes 4–8 weeks to ferment, so plan ahead!
🍾 Bring your own bottles or purchase new ones from us.
🚫 No wine tasting on bottling day, but plenty of great conversations, learning, and fun!

Wine Club Selection – October 2025 : Petit Verdot Shiraz & Montepulciano

Passport PETIT VERDOT SHIRAZ, RIVERLAND, AUSTRALIA

This Aussie blend of Petit Verdot and Shiraz is bold and enticing. The Petit Verdot brings structure, depth, and freshness, while the Shiraz adds mid-palate weight and vibrant fruit notes. The nose is dominated by aromas of blackberry and plum with subtle hints of pepper and delicate spice notes. The palate is rich and full-bodied with ripe dark fruits like black cherry, plum and black currant. Supple tannins and a long satisfying finish round out this noble blend.

· Oak: Heavy

· Body: Full

· Alcohol: 13%
