Used to restart stuck or sluggish fermentations. Contains essential vitamins and nutrients which are not found in other yeast nutrient. Effective in low fruit recipes or when a high alcohol yield is desired. Add 2.5 grams per 4 litres / 1/2 tsp per gallon to resume fermentataion.
